Muntpunt Library
A row of people sit alongside each other, whether young or old, they’re looking busy behind their laptops and books. Muntpunt is the public library in the heart of Brussels that offers more than literary resources, but acts as a hub to access concerts, events and workshops.
What looks to be a private, university library, is actually open to the public with an easy membership that comes right out of a vending machine, just like you would vend for a train ticket.
Floors are color coded, and the interior consists of various furniture conducive to individual and group work. The open space, color-coded floors and various furniture selections makes the library far more relevant and conducive to creating an informed and engaged community.
